Vendor Lots

  • Vendors will be assigned lots on a first-come-first-served basis.

  • Outdoor lots measure 20'x30' and 10'x10' indoors. Vendors must keep all items within the confines of their own lot.

  • All vendors and assistants must have Event Passes to enter and re-enter the flea market grounds. Two (2) extra passes are issued for each lot. (additional pass can be bought)

Food Vendors

  • All food vendors must have appropriate health/food safety permits available on-site.

  • Food Trucks must park in the designated Food Court area.

  • Vendors who are cooking on the premises must have a fire extinguisher.  No open fires are allowed.

Vendor Restrictions

  • Vendors are not permitted to sell or display restricted items in their spaces. (e.g. firearms, weapons, crossbows, etc)

  • Vendors are not permitted to solicit monies for charity or draw tickets without approval from the Shediac Int'l Flea Market.

  • No tattooing or piercing of body parts is permitted.

  • Vendors are prohibited from operating or parking vehicles on their lots during flea market hours.

  • Pets are permitted and must remain on leash at all times.

  • Vendors must set up BEFORE 3:30 pm Thursday July 18th (initial Set-Up will be permitted July 17th between 3pm and 8pm, and July 18th, between 9 am and 3:30pm, doors open to the public at 4pm, Thursday July 18th), Friday 19th, Saturday 20th and Sunday 211st, before 9 am. ( Please note Sunday July 21st, doors close at 3pm)

  • Any vendor leaving before these times on any day will jeopardize his/her participation in subsequent Shediac International Flea Markets and lose their deposit of 50$.  Vendors selling items other than those listed on their application and approved by Shediac International Flea Market officials will be asked to leave immediately.

  • Vendors are not to exceed their assigned space. 

There will be a deposit of $50 that will be returned to you on Sunday, July 21st. This deposit is to ensure that all vendors respect the cleanliness of their lots and their surroundings as well as adhere to the 4 day presence requirement. This deposit will be returned to you in full if you meet these requirements.


We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized event space, which is why we are implementing this deposit. We want to ensure that all vendors have a pleasant and professional experience at our event. By keeping your area clean and staying for the required four days, you are not only helping us create a successful event, but also promoting your own business in a positive light.
